HELLO!
I know it's been a really long time since eigther one of us posted but we've been really caught up with things so yeah. Thank you for your undying love for our blog though. The viewership is just going up despite the fact that there really isn't anything up. Anyway, a lot has been going on with the both of us. I'm just going to start by updating.
I went over to Gaya's on Thurday and i swear I've never had a more hilarious time lately. I mean i always have a good time with the girls. We haven't had time to hang out much lately but we will. Especially since Arch is flying off to Brisbane on the 2nd of March and Reka's exams are around the corner. Only Gaya and me will be free. Hopefully we can start cycling again. This time, we're old enough to go anywhere. Haha. Back to her house. I went over to teach Narein. He did well for his science test! Totally lifted my spirits. Not that they were very down in the first place but yeah! you get my point. Haha. So after tuition Gaya and me trotted off to our favourite shopping centre in the whole world, MUSTAFA! to get some things she needed to make the Humus thing. I told her before that i wouldn't eat it because i was afraid to get poisoned. I hope she realised i was joking because i ate it in the end. Haha! So yeah, we went to Mustafa and she guess what she did! She ran down the UP escalator just to get me a box of sweets! I mean that was just 101% embarrassment on her part! But, she still did it! I guess it pays off really. I have never done something that these girls didn't like. Really is normally the one telling me to be careful with what i do, knowing that heartless woman i can be, Arch and Gaya on the other hand, just tell me what i should and shouldn't do. One reason why i don't argue with what they say? Because they always do the analysis for me. They know when something is going to go sour. The last time i didn't listen to them, everything went sour. The last time i DID listen to them, everything turned out okay. So yeah. I deserved those sweets! After getting the stuff we needed, we got back to her place and started making the humus and the pita bread. Gaya's mother had to be the funniest in this whole situation. Just as we finished making it, she was like " Have you spoilt everything? Is it like Lamp oil(Translate to tamil)? Lol! We settled down to eat and watch Vizhigal after that on central. Aarthi was right. This show is seriously one sided. This week's episode was about clubbing and all. Funny thing is, they interviewed everyone, but clubbers! Most of them were people with staunch policies and views about clubbing and clubbers. What about asking the majority of youths who are actually in the scene and not kids who would rather kill themselves than go clubbing? I honestly though they were going to interview people who club and people who don't. I mean logically, that seems like the thing to do right? Anyway i blogged a very long time ago about the hopelessness of some of the Vasantham central shows so i'm not going to keep going on about it. If you guys want to hear a really intelligent response to this show in particular, go to Aarthi's blog [clawsandjaws.wordpress.com] and get your reasoning. So right after, i cycled back and did my usual reading and watching shows. Not interesting already. Haha.
Anyway i don't know if i posted about CityAlive09. I think i didn't. My night was amazing because i danced with amazingly HOT people and i made a lot of new friends. Well it was fine until these bunch of tamilan idiots started following my group around to show of their very old school indian dance moves. My chinese and malay friends were amused i have to say. Really amused. Especially since they were trying to copy the way we were dancing. I recognised a few of them bytheway. Of course i'd rather pretend that i didn't because they didn't know how to behave? I don't think they've ever gone to an english club before! Who does the chicago for Hot n Cold! Omg. Haha but they gave us something to laugh about until we went back for our duty. This was exactly a week ago! That's how dead this blog has been.
Valentine's day is coming up everyone! Okay i don't really like Valentine's day because i've never really had a good one. Well i did once, when i was like 16. But that relationship ended soon after. Technically is only started the day after Valentine's. It wasn't even meant to be! He didn't like me that way and frankly i didn't either. Don't know what we were thinking. So i had a few secret relationships. And in the eyes of some, i become a "well-known whore" but hey, i'd rather live my life now than try experimenting when i'm twenty. Which is in a few days! I'm getting old! I need to go and do something young while i can! And i need to start buying CLEO! No moe Seventeen mag. Haha. It doesn't feel very different anyway. I still have my braces on. I still have tonnes of energy. I still jump around and i still wake up with a different song in my head everyday. Today's was an old Backstreet boys song! Old school! Still love it though. I'm planning to get Murale an iPod Nano 4th Gen in black with his name engraved on it! It's a surprise! He doesn't read my blog so i can spill it here! I figured, since he's such a music buff, he needs one! And it's cool. $248. Pay please come. Haha. I start work on Monday! Now i have to wake up extra earlier to do the things i have to do for King.
Okay everyone, i'm off to teach Narein now. I'll be back later if possible. Very tight day today.
"I run a tight ship so beware.."LoveLots,
Ragini(:
